How to Book:
All bookings are made through RentLine.Ru reservation agency. In
order to book an apartment, you simply need to pay a 15% of one
night’s fee as a deposit (with a credit card) and the rest
directly to the landlord upon arrival.

How to Move
In:
Once you confirmed your reservation, our agents will send you a
confirmation of your reservation, the full address and phone number
of your apartment. You will need to inform us about the time of
your arrival and our agents will meet you at the apartment (or any
other location), give you the keys, the tenancy agreement, and the
receipt. If there's any outstanding rent, you can pay it upon arrival.
Conditions:
If you cancel within 10 days of your reservation, but not later
than 14 days before your date of arrival, your reservation fee will
be fully refunded. In case of later cancellations, the reservation
fee will be kept to compensate the landlord.
The standard check-in time is 14.00, the check-out time is 12.00.
It is possible to arrange a late check-out or early check-in if
required.
